Statutory laws are different from otherwise laws because they have been passed by a legislature. The law starts out as a circular, which has to go through the legislative committee process. If the bill survives this process, it then goes to both legislative houses to be voted upon. If the bill is affectionate in both houses this, the bill becomes a law, otherwise cognize as an act. Salaries and expenses money can only be used for what it was approved for just as the money from working capital fund cannot be transferred anywhere else.





Civil Law:
Civil law governs a vast spectrum of topics. This law provides damages for neglect that issuance in losings to another party. Violation of civil laws do not result in prison time, but monetary damages. People can lose their homes if the award for damages is high enough. For instance, there is a large ice storm and a person neglects to put salt on their wait porch. Someone goes onto the icy porch, slips, waterfall and injures their spinal cord.
