Mabel Normand was a famous actress back in the 1900s. Mabel Ethelreid Normand was famous for being one of the very first pistillate screenwriters, producers, and director. Not only that but she has appeared in over two hundred films. Mabel was known for her comedy being called the queen of comedy. Mabel has make films from 1910 until 1923 when her passage ended when she killed William Desmond Taylor.
Mabel Ethelreid was born on November 9, 1892, in novel Brighton, Staten Island, New York. Her parent were Mary Drury Normand, of irish- back round, and Claude G. Normand, of french- Canadian extraction. Her scram was a talented musician for small theaters while her mystify stayed at home like all moms back in the 1900s. Mabel began her acting career with mackintosh Sennett and created the film Dark Through the Clouds a huge fritter away where she was the first actress to be filmed on an airplane. In 1912 both Chaplin and Mabel left Sennett and joined grit, another film studio.
