It was hard to put a group together... until they found out who they were playing.
The plot is as tiny and simple(a) as Paul `Wrecking` Crewe, a football asterisk fired for shaving points in a big NFL game. afterward an argument with his girlfriend, Paul is arrested for a night of drink control and resisting pulling over when ten police cars argon quest him. He is therefore arrested and taken to the strictest prison in Mexico and asked, by the Warden, to assemble a football team of convicts to play against on that point nemesis the guards!
This gives the director, Peter Segal, a chance to create a humourous, and brilliant, film of comedy and sport.
However, Paul is having trouble finding convicts that acquiret hate him for shaving points. But when he meets Caretaker, play by the legend Chris Rock, he decides to fight dirty against the guards and practise the football team out of the meanest convicts in the prison.
The director decides then to put in a variety of convicts. There are small, nippy and agile street basket ball players to vii foot tall wrestlers.
With the practice sessions going well, the team is much or less ready for the big game…
The hilarious scenes are very exciting, like when the guards hosed the convicts training pitch to deem them from training, and well put together.
