As InterClean enters into the serviced based cleaning market place, new policies, strategies, and organizational structures essential be created to facilitate this new and exciting venture. Per the terms of my promotion, I will be entering the new test market to develop a home base for the recently positive cleaning service division of InterClean. In ordain to crack adequate success and efficiency, a plan has been drafted that contains the following sections, on an individual basis:
1)Job Analysis
2)Training Plan
3)Comprehensive Evaluation System
4)Comprehensive locomote Development Plan
5)Comprehensive Compensation Plan
6)Disciplinary policies and procedures
In order to ensure that market demand can be met, five new positions will be filled. There will be a team organized that contains one manager, one gross sales and congenator specialist, and three cleaning specialists. I. Summary of Position
Oversees and supervises the cleaning staff. Develops cleaning plans and policies for staff to beat to. cites daily scrolls and routes for cleaning staff. Complete hiring and evaluation duties in relation to training staff.
II. Job Duties
1) Develop daily cleaning schedule for staff
2) Perform routine and regular follow up with dominance and former clients
3) Maintain client centered service packages
