Contemporary Cultural Diversity Issues

Justice, what is justice? Justice is often times diametric things to different people; take for example an individual who has been wronged by a protagonist or neighbor, the pique and dismay they olfactory sensation depending on the take of the cause behind the hurt exit drive the level of retaliations, confrontation or resolve among the parties involved. On the other hand, an individual who has been wronged by a family piece can feel a different level of hurt than that of a friend or neighbor. Often times the level of disappointment leads to complete breakdown on the part of the company feeling let down or by treaded or taken advantage of.
The perception of fairness within the wicked justice brass is no different than that of the a friend who is wronged by a neighbor or the hurt and disappointment brought on by the unjust acts of a loved wiz, wife, husband, child, girlfriend, etc., the one thing that make the two situations different however, is that the public seem more of those hired into position of authority to protect and serve up the public.



Thus the ethnic and gender bias within the shepherds crook justice system creates an air of unfairness across racial lines that continues to pelage our great nation.
Our justice system continues to suffer greatly from the tendency to find the quick fix to deeply root social problems, (Hennessy, 1994). Much like our government to daylight, our justice system tends to be more reactive that proactive when it comes to problem solving. It seems as though finding the short term solution is advance over spending the time and resources needed to find a lasting remedy.
