fourthly: - That the term for which said corporation is to exist is FIFTY (50) age from
and after the date of incorporation. In the event of dissolution of the said corporation, its
remaining assets shall be disposed of and turned over to any association of its choice dedicated to similar pursuits, or to the body politic of the Philippines, or any of its agencies
or instrumentalities or political subdivisions.
