After viewing the video On Our Watch, I was genuinely disgusted, it very made me sick to watch and listen to what is spill on in Sudan; Africas largest country, and to know that this is happening calm all over the world. It took me a few days to actually get through the entire video, because it honestly made my conduct turn. Genocide (which is the systematic killing of one category of mass by anformer(a). Rebels from the southmost emerged to claim a sh ar of the countys newfound wealth and they would score some early victories against the government. The government responded to that insurrection in an extremely heavy-handed way, by doing what it has done over the precedent twenty years of war in the south and other parts of Sudan, which is to arm a proxy militia. The Janjaweed also know as Devils on horseback was that proxy militia, drawn from the nomadic Arab tribes in the region.

Janjaweeds are camel-born Cossacks, many of them are bandits, and what they are doing is becoming government-sanctioned and controlled bandits. The Khartoum government armed the Janjaweed, provided them with air co-occurrence and unleashed them on the rebels and black civilian farmers in Darfur in a stampede of brutality. The Janjaweed would have cargo planes fly over villages and advertize out bomb to terrorize civilians and kill them. As the civilians would hightail it their huts, the Janjaweed would sweep in and kill all the men, including baby boys, reports of them gash off their peniss and letting them die in their mothers arms, and then raping the women.
