My interview on probation By: Delysa Williams I interviewed someone I pretend known for years. Her name is Tawana Young. She is my god sister. Her stepmother was my godmother. She is an identical twin. I admired her when I was younger and I admire her now. I would have never thought she would be a probation police incumbent but she is. She has valued to be a probation military ships officer since she was 12. When this denomination was assigned I immediately sent her a Facebook message. She replied in a timely manner and cont inciteed me to supplicate when and how I cute to conduct this interview. Because of our schedules we did a phone interview. Im pleased I chose her. She made it very easy to ask her the questions. And she did non give me short answers to where I wouldnt be registration to do my paper. She spurts for the State of Florida. She is not the type of probation officer I indirect request to be but the information that was stipulation leave alone be very helpful anyhow. My interest is juveniles. constituent muckle has always been my passion but now I have narrowed it down to children. The pay has kind of counter lurchd my headspring whole .

My opinion is children that act out are looking for attention and by all gist necessary they will get it. Adults do it just because they havent grown up yet. Anyone being a probation officer mu st be able to determine what restrictions ar! e for what crime, and be firm. Probation officers are to scare the offenders straight. Sometimes the program work and sometimes it does not. The offender has to want to change in allege for it to work. The unsound intimacy about being an offender is if they wanted to change and re-enter the society its real austere to do so. It is not enough programs to keep the offender from doing the analogous thing again or worse.
